The username-password combination chosen by the user while registering is strictly personal and not transferable. The data entered can be further refined after registration. It is not pernitted for a single user to have more than a username-password combination.

2. General recommendations

Before you post a new topic make sure another user did'nt already started a similar one. Use the search function for this purpouse.
When discussing try as much as possible to be inline with the original topic. If new interesting topics arise, is advisable to split the the topic and open a new one, informing users of the new link created.

3. Allowed Behaviors

3.a The use of names and Web addresses for finding information and products for the sole purpose of suggesting or clarify doubts of other users may have. It is prohibited the publication of such information if it is not closely related to the current topic, or not explicitly requested, or the sole purpouse is advertising or spam. As a consequence, the first post of a topic cannot in any case contain such information.
Up to 2 links in forum posts signatures are allowed. Links must be your own non-commercial website. Any other link will be considered as spam and not be tolerated.

4. Behaviors not allowed

4.a You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where Unframe is hosted (USA) or International Law. 4.b Apology or defamation of any political or religious ideology.
4.c Use of explicit or implicit language to express superiority or inferiority of any ethnic group.
4.d Instigation to any activities not permitted by international laws and of the Republic of Italy and United States Of America where this site is hosted.
4.e Exchange of information regarding the retrieval of material protected by copyright laws and pornographic or obscene material.
4.c Advertising and Spam techniques. For advertising, contact the administration through the main contact form.

Compliance with the above points should also be considered in the choice of username, digital signature and use of your personal icon (avatar).
4.d No paid forum postings allowed for advertising in signature or in the body of messages other sites not related to photography.
4.e Posting a new topic on different sections (crossposting), responding to your own messages to make them go up in the chronological order (bumping) or posting the same message within the same section (double posting).

5. Images Posting

Images can be posted on the forum in the form of remote links to the site since direct upload is disabled. The advice is to host them in a private or public sharing web space.

5.a Maximum suggested size is 1000px in the larger side. Larger images will not fit the site layout and will slow down the loading of the page.
5.b The publication of the images must be compatible with the license granted by the author. This implies that it is not allowed to publish in part or in modified form images protected by copyright, with the exception that the author has released a license for the publisher. In this case publishers should clearly indicate the authorship of the work and the uses permitted and not permitted under its responsibility.
5.c Images that focus on people and faces can be published only if the user owns a signed license release by photographed subject for publication.

6. Responsibilities

The Administration is committed to moderation and to enforce the rules. In any case administration assumes no responsability arising from incorrect conduct and in contravention of the rules listed here. Who registers and partecipates in the forum is always responsible for his actions.
