The specifications are very similar to their respective predecessors, the a200, a300 and a350 that are going to be replaced. The substantial differences can be found in the shape restyling and in the enhancement of the the ergonomy, software interface included.
The Alpha 230 has a SteadyShot sensor with 10.2 Mpixels, just like the a330 with the addition of the the live view feature and the tiltable panel. The Alpha 380 sensor reaches 14.2 Mpixels.
