The second photographic exhibition of National Geographic Italia opened at Palazzo delle Esposizioni one year after the first, organized to celebrate the tenth year of activity in Italy of the most known photo magazine of nature and human in the world.
58 of the best photographers show 101 new photos or select from the publications NG to expose our planet and contribute to the protection of "Mother Earth" with their work, with the power and beauty of exciting images that help to reflect and involve the observer.
The gallery conducts the visitor through an ideal route to sensisitive key places of the Earth system: from the icy realms of polar bears to the equatorial forest, the Alps, the North African deserts, the grasslands in North America and Australia, the Mediterranean, the oceans and the tropical seas. The exhibition documents the assault of urban development, the problems of conservation of protected areas and living conditions, habits, sufferings and hopes of human beings in all parts of the globe.
