70 photographs from the military archives of the armies protagonists of the World War I, in autochrome, the first color plate introduced in the market starting from 1907 thanks to the patent of the Lumiere brothers in 1903.
The photographs of Hans Hildenbrand (Germany), of Prokudin-Gorski (Russia) and other French, Austrian, American reporters are on exhibition for the first time in Italy.
The event, sponsored by the Province of Rome and produced in collaboration with Galerie Bilderwelt Berlin is curated by Reinhard Schultz. Organization is by of Civita in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Rome.
