Hijos del Agua
Sons of the Water

Shown here is a small part of the series "Hijos del Agua" - Sons of the Water. Taking advantage of the natural scenery of Argentina, each picture shows the relationship between children and water. Most likely childhood is the greatest moment for enjoying this increasingly scarce resource. Water is an essential element of a poem ... it runs, grows, absorbs, foams, gathers, flows. It is a living shape that converges and scatters. Three of these photos earned the photographer awards in various national and international competitions. This series will be presented shortly in the Fedro gallery in Buenos Aires.

Sebastián Miquel is a self-trained photographer. He works as a freelancer for Argentine and foreign print media, fashion companies and cultural enterprises. He was born in 1975 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he presently lives. He has participated in numerous exhibitions and has received several awards nationally and internationally.

All photographs by Sebastián Miquel. A warm thanks for his kind generosity. Other photographic series available in the official website
