Hi guys im fairly new to this and not that clued up on coding.
i think smooth scroll is the plugin i need for my site. i basically have quite a long article and i want to place a few links at the top of the article for easy navigation. so if someone clicks on the given link it will scroll down to that point in the article. can this be done?
if so can some one please given me a step by step set up process? as im not sure about about all the div stuff.
im using a rocket theme template called crystaline.
